Deposit on 1/8 share of beef. This will be 50 ~ 55 lbs of steaks, packaged cuts (bone-in) and ground beef, and has become our most popular share size. An assortment including about 25 lbs ground beef, 12 - 15 lbs steaks, 15-18 lbs roasts and other cuts. Each share will vary as some cuts from a half can't be divided into smaller portions. It's a perfect size for your home freezer and to give our beef a try. Processing is included in this size share. Generally, the box will include:
6-8 premium steaks: Rib steaks, t-bone, porterhouse and filet mignon depending on size.
2 x chuck roasts
1 x arm roast
5 lbs sirloin steaks and tips
20-25 lbs ground beef
balance of assorted cuts such as skirt steak, flank steak, stew meat, short ribs, shanks, etc. to fill
