Deposit on one half of custom processed beef.  Estimate of total cost (above) INCLUDES processing.  One full side of beef includes all cuts.   Estimated HCW of 350-425 lbs. @ $6.75 lb.  Final price will be determined when the hanging weight is established; balance due after deposit to be paid before picking up the beef.  Depending on the animal size and your cut choices, you will have 225-275 lbs of beef to take home.  Deposit is not refundable.
 
If you prefer to pick up your beef at the local processor, you will pay us $5.60 hcw plus the processing invoice.
