Deposit on one quarter of beef/split half (half of one side divided equally). Estimate of total cost (above) INCLUDES processing.   Standard 1"  cut steaks, smaller roasts and lean ground beef in 1lb bulk.   
 
Quarters will be cut to standard;  if you have a special request, we can attempt to match your quarter to another customer with similar wishes.
 
If you prefer to pick up your beef at the local processor, you will pay us $5.60 hcw plus the processing invoice.
