Deposit on one full custom processed beef.  Estimate of total cost (above) INCLUDES processing.  Hanging weight 750-850+- lbs at $6.75lb.   Balance due, after deposit, to be paid before delivery or shipment of beef.  Depending on animal size and your cut selections, you will have 500-550 lbs of packaged beef to take home.  Deposit is not refundable.
 
If you prefer to pick up your beef at the local processor, you will pay us $5.60 hcw plus the processing invoice.
